We highly recommend you to buy a Gemstone with the guidance of experienced astrologer, or the astrologer you keep trust on.

All Gemstones sold on this website is 100% Natural and certified by known laboratories.

It may be enhanced for the quality or colour as indicated on certificate.

After purchase if unfortunately Gemstone doesn’t suits to your horoscope, you can return it up to 72 hours after delivery time.

Please do not break the seal if you want to return it. Once seal is broken “MOKSHMANTRA” is not liable to take it back or not liable to give any amount of refund.

For returning the Gemstone you need open “MY ORDERS” and you need to press on “RETURN” window. This window will be open and valid till 72 hours after delivery.

After you successfully finish the “RETURN” process, our associated Courier Company will collect Gemstone from your doorstep, your refund money will be credited to your account within 10 working days, after deducting discount and Fixed return charge of Rs200/- (rupees two hundred only).

All claims and settlements are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
